Q: Do you buy or sell New or Used Appliances?

A: Because we are a repair company we do not buy or sell appliances. However, if you are in need of suggestions you are more than welcome to call and we would be happy to direct you to someone that does.

Q: How do I know if my appliances is worth repairing?

A: Our technicians will do a full diagnostic check to see if your appliance is worth repairing. Our technicians have many years of experience in being able to diagnose the problem, and they will give you the truthful answer and a professional one at that. They will let you know if the cost of repair is better than the price of replacing it.

Q: Will my appliance be fixed the same day?

A: Our technicians 95% of the time have everything stocked on the truck to ensure that our customers have their appliance fixed that day. There are times when parts have not come at a timely manner or we have to order parts that from our distributors, which could make us have to come back another day.

Q: How will I know when you will arrive?

A: Your time is important to us. All appointments are scheduled within a two or three hour window for the convenience of our customers. Our technicians will always give you a courtesy call to let you know when they are on there way to your home, approximately 15 to 30 minutes before their arrival.

Q: If you need to order parts, do I need to pre-pay for parts?

To be honest, it depends if the part is a special factory order that we do not have in our store. Normally those parts cannot be returned so the customer will have to pre-pay for the parts and trip charge.

Q: What is the reason for dishwasher not getting things clean? 

There are a several of reasons. 1. water may not be hot enough- it should be as least 140 degrees. 2. Old detergent that is not melting. 3. The dishwasher is not properly draining due to a plugged drain or plugged air gap. 4. Large objects obstructing the wash arms so they can not rotate properly. 5. Too much soap. Over time excess soap can build up and cause trouble, so go easy on the soap.
